½ cup ghee (Clarified butter)¾ cup semolina /tasty wheat 1 egg 2 cups milk 2 teaspoon Elachie powder 1 tin condensed milk 1 small tin cream 1 teaspoon vanilla essence½ cup klim milk powder ¼ cup milk Few drops green food col (optional) Few drops rose essence (optional) 1 tablespoon ground pistachios (optional)
METHOD
Braise ghee (Clarified butter) and semolina, slightly golden
Whisk together eggs, milk, Elachi (cardomom) powder, condensed milk, nestle cream and vanilla. Add to semolina simmer on low. Make a paste with milk and klim add to the above at this point u can add the food col rose essence and pistachios mix well cook for 10 minutes cover with lid and steam for 15 minutes
Drizzle with cream sprinkle col nibbed almonds and or flaked almonds
