Braise above for few seconds.. Den add 1 cup tasty wheat. Braise til colour and texture changes. Must not get too dark.
Mix seperatly:¾ cup sugar1 cup milk1 egg½ cup water
Add to Sojee (semolina flour).. keep stirring till thick. Lastly add condense to sweeten and Elachi (cardomom) powder(½ teaspoon) and add 2 tablespoon klim
