Melt 100g butter in pot. Add ¾ cup Sojee (semolina flour) to pot and braize for approx 10 minutes.Make a mixture with 1 egg, 1 cup sugar, ½ cup fresh cream, 2 cups milk, fine elatchi, 1 teaspoon vanilla essenseAdd this to Sojee (semolina flour) in pot. Simmer on low. When it thickens slightly, add 4 tablespoon klim ( paste with milk ) and a little saffron ( optional ) to pot. Stir in with a wooden spoon and leave on low heat for 10 minutes. Now steam in oven for another 15 - 20 minutes. Decorate with fine badaam and pista (pistachio nuts).
