Whisk eggs, 1 cup milk, sugar, pistachio paste and colouring (optional) Melt butter on medium heat Then add Cardamom powder and cinnamon. Let it sizzle Then add the semolina braise well ±5 minutes until light in colour. Do not brown Add the egg mixture to the braised semolina stirring well to avoid lumps.Add the remaining milk stir well it will start to thicken. Cover with lid and allow to cook on low heat stirring in between until soft and fluffy. When done decorate with sliced pistachios.
