Candy Popcorn

INGREDIENTS

pop popcorn in oil,dont add salt


3 quarter cup sugar
colouring

METHOD

Have popcorn ready in dish.On medium
heat melt sugar and colouring without
stirring with spoon,shaking pot.If u use
a spoon it will get lumpy.Dont burn
sugar.Once thin layer of syrup is formed
u may use a spoon.Once all the sugar is
turned into syrup,move from stove and
mix popcorn into it.Work fast to coat
the popcorn as sugar will start to
harden.Cool in dish or tray.Careful as
sugar BURNS,watch your fingers.To wash
pot,add water and boil.

.One will finish the whole bowl.
