INGREDIENTS

500g Golden Cloud bran muffin mix1 cup chopped dates½ chopped pecan nuts1 teaspoon cinnamon powder1 teaspoon mixed spice2 tablespoon honey½ cup oil1 ½ cups milk1 extra large egg

METHOD

Line muffin pans with paper cups.
Preheat oven to 180 deg C.
Mix all ingredients together and whisk till mixed well.
Spoon into cups till ¾ full.
Sprinkle some chopped pecans ontop before baking.
Bake for 25min until knife inserted comes out clean.
