1⁄2 kg chicken fillets cubed & marinated in:
Red ginger garlic masala
Peri peri spice
Pinch mixed herbs
Punnet mushrooms sliced
1 Green pepper juilliened
3 Carrots juilliened
2 fresh liquidized tomatoes/tin tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato puree
1 1⁄2 cups milk
2 tablespoon flour
Dash of garlic tabasco sauce
1⁄2 cup fresh cream
Grated mozzarella cheese
Fettuccine or any pasta of choice boiled
Cook chicken till almost done then add tomatoes and cook for a few minutues.(chicken shouldn't be dry. A little water can be added if necessary). Liquidize milk and flour, add to chicken. Add a splash of garlic tabasco sauce. Cook till thickens slightly then add fresh cream and simmer for few minutues. Leave aside.
Stir fry veggies in olive oil with veggie seasoning, garlic salt and pepper.
Mix together saucy chicken, veggies, mozzarella & pasta in an oven proof dish. Heat in oven before serving.
