INGREDIENTS

1 cup flour1 cup sugar1 cup fresh cream3 eggs 2 teaspoon baking powder½ teaspoon vanilla essence

METHOD

beat all ingredients together for 1 minute.Bake on 180° for 35 minutes
SAUCE:2 tablespoon fresh cream50 g butter¼ cup sugar
First put sliced almonds and then pour sauce over while cake is hot
Put under grill for 1 minute
