Microwave Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 cup flour3 tablespoon cocoa3 teaspoon baking powder1 cup sugarpinch of salt2 eggs1 cup boiling water¼ cup oil

METHOD

Sift flour, baking powder,cocoa,sugar and salt. Whisk eggs. make a well in center of dry ingredients and pour in the eggs and mix. Mix together boiling water and oil pour over ingredients and use an egg whisk to whisk lightly till smooth. Grease a microwavable dish. Pour mixture in. microwave on high for 6 minutes. Allow to stand in microwave for 1 minute then turn out onto plate 🌺
