INGREDIENTS
1 cut chicken
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
2 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon crushed chilli powder
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoon salt
1 small lemon- extract juice
Marinate above for +/- 3 hours and cook in garlic butter
Sauce
1 tub fresh cream
1 teaspoon garlic
1 packet tomato paste
4 tablespoon Nando's wild herb peri-peri sauce
4 tablespoon Nando's extra hot peri-peri sauce
METHOD
Cook on low for 30 minutes.Lay chicken in an oven dish,pour sauce over.Dot with pieces of butter,sprinkle dhania (coriander) and bake for 10-15 minutes.Serve with chips rolls and salad
