Creamy Mushroom Sauce

INGREDIENTS:1 large punnet button mushrooms 1 tablespoon garlic paste1 tablespoon butter1 tablespoon lemon juice¼ teaspoon lemon pepper¼ teaspoon white pepper¼ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon dried mixed herbs¼ teaspoon dhana powder¼ teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) powder250ml long life fresh cream1-2 tablespoon cake flour
METHOD
1. Slice the mushrooms. Do not slice too thin. 2. Heat butter in a pan. 3. Add in garlic & saute.4. Add in mushrooms, spices & lemon.5. Cook on high until mushrooms just turn tender.6. Pour in cream, heat through, then add in flour and mix in well till smooth.7. Simmer till thickened. #mamataughtmewellrecipesServe as a side sauce, or on baked potato/ chicken schnitzels/ steak/ in burgers/ on fries etc.
