Honey Date Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

250 grm butter
1 cup icing sugar
5 teaspoon honey
2 - 2 ¼ cups flour
3 quarter cup maizena (corn flour)
2 teaspoon b.powder
1 ½ cups chopped dates
2 eggs

METHOD

Melt butter , sugar and honey.Cool,add
eggs,mix well.Mix dry ingredients and
forn dough with butter mixture.Pat in
tray,bake 180 for 20-25 minutes or till
pink.Cut into squares and dust with
icing sugar when cold.
