INGREDIENTS
1 Kg chicken (cut into 8 cube pieces)/ white meat
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon green chillies paste
10 to 12 almonds (grind to a paste)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
Salt
Black pepper
Paprika
Pepper white
METHOD
Cook the chicken pieces with salt, garlic, ginger, green chillies
and almond paste till chicken is tender and water dries up
completely – well braised.
Make white sauce with butter, flour and milk. Mix with seasoning.
Arrange the chicken pieces in a pyrex dish. Pour white sauce on top
the chicken pieces. Cover with cheese and dot with butter. Sprinkle
paprika and bake in a moderately heated oven till golden brown on
top.
Garnish with green pepper rings and serve hot from baking dish.
