1 Kg chicken (cut into 8 cube pieces)/ white meat 1 teaspoon garlic paste 1 teaspoon ginger paste 1 teaspoon green chillies paste 10 to 12 almonds (grind to a paste) 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 2 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoon flour 1 cup milk Salt Black pepper Paprika Pepper white
Cook the chicken pieces with salt, garlic, ginger, green chillies and almond paste till chicken is tender and water dries up completely – well braised.
Make white sauce with butter, flour and milk. Mix with seasoning. Arrange the chicken pieces in a pyrex dish. Pour white sauce on top the chicken pieces. Cover with cheese and dot with butter. Sprinkle paprika and bake in a moderately heated oven till golden brown on top. Garnish with green pepper rings and serve hot from baking dish.
