INGREDIENTS
500g chicken mince
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
green chilli masala to taste
2 teaspoon ground dhania (coriander)
½ packet white onion soup
2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
2 tablespoon finely chopped greens
oil to fry
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients 2geta in a dish
and mix well.
shape into small finger size kebabs with
oiled hands.
deep fry in hot oil until golden brown
den push a tooth-pick into each kebab
