Sour Cream & Chives Potato Bake

6 medium potatoes
1 packet Knorr sour cream & chives potato bake spice
Crushed black pepper
Grated cheese (optional)
Slice potatoes and parboil till halfway done. Remove from water.
Place slices down in pyrex.
Mix milk with spice and pour over potato slices. Sprinkle on pepper.
Bake in oven at 180 deg C for 15-20min till sauce has thickened and potatoes cooked through. When done may sprinkle cheese over or leave as is.
Do not let the sauce dry out. The potato bake should be creamy. Serve with braai (bbq) or grilled meat.
