Double Choc Chip Mint Cookies

INGREDIENTS

¼ lb butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 cups self raising flour
½ teaspoon salt
Choc chips
Aero mint choc
1 Tablespoon Cocoa powder

METHOD

Cream butter and sugar together
Add egg beating after each addition
Add cocoa powder
Add choc chips and aero choc chunks
Add self raising flour with salt and make a soft dough
Make teaspoon size balls and bake for 10 to 12 minutes
