Ingredients:1 large chicken (cut into pieces)1 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder½ teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 tablespoon lemon juice1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala1 tomato (liquidized)4 tablespoon aamli sauce4 tablespoon thick plain yoghurtChopped dhania (coriander) (garnish)
1. Heat oil, add spices, masala and lemon.2. Braise for few seconds, then add chicken, braise all over then add tomato.3. Cook till no liquid remains.4. Add yoghurt and sauce and cook until thickened.5. When done throw over chopped dhania (coriander) and serve with roti.
