1 large chicken (cut into pieces)
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala
1 tomato (liquidized)
4 tablespoon aamli sauce
4 tablespoon thick plain yoghurt
Chopped dhania (coriander) (garnish)
Heat oil, add spices, masala and lemon.
Braise for few seconds, then add chicken, braise all over then add tomato.
Cook till no liquid remains.
Add yoghurt and sauce and cook until thickened.
When done throw over chopped dhania (coriander) and serve with roti.
