INGREDIENTS

1⁄2 cup semolina
1 tin condense milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups flour
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder

Syrup:

1cup water
1 cup sugar
rose essance few drops

METHOD

Mix everything together with a beater.
Roll into fingers and fry on medium low heat till dark brown. Dip in syrup and roll in coconut.
