500gr cubed steak
2 teaspoon crushed garlic*
1 teaspoon black pepper*
1 teaspoon crushed green chillies *
1 teaspoon salt*
1 teaspoon crushed jeera *
Knorr black pepper sauce-- 3 pkts
Cook steak in starred ingredients over medium heat, with butter till done. Add baby veg's & cook till veg's are done adding some water if necessary. Place in pyrex casserole dish in a single layer. Make up knorr sauce according to packet instructions & pour over steak. Dot with butter & bake on 180 for 15 minutes. Serve with savoury rice.
INFO & TIPS
Green & red pepper cut into julienne strips may be added to make it more colourful. One can also add mushrooms with the baby vegetables.
