1. Marinate 1kg steak pieces in 1 tablespoon red ginger garlic masala, 2 teaspoon crushed garlic, salt to taste, ½ teaspoon tumeric, 1 teaspoon dhana (coriander) powder, 2 tablespoon vinegar, ¼ cup tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon chillie powder, ½ teaspoon jeeru (cumin) (cumin) seeds and 1 tea mug of grated tomatoes. 2. Heat oil and 100g butter, layer steak pieces ( don’t add all the marinade ) and let steak brown for a bit. 3. Add the remaining marinade along with 1 cup of boiling water. Cook on medium heat until tender, add more water if necessary. 4. The finished steak shouldn’t be saucy, the masala should stick nicely to the steak. ENJOY😍
