½ kg chicken fillets cut into thick strips 1 teaspoon garlic ½ teaspoon green masala ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper ½ teaspoon black pepper ¼ teaspoon paprika 1 tablespoon crushed dhana Crushed red chillies ¼ teaspoon jeera seeds Salt to taste 4 tablespoon plain yogurt ¼ cup thick cream / fresh cream ( optional ) Chopped dhania (coriander) Lemon juice Red onion slices
marinate the chicken in all of the above accept onions . For atleast 2 hours . In a non stick pan add garlic butter and cook chicken until done ( leave some marinade in the bowl for later ) before serving add the remaining marinade simmer . Once you plate your food squeeze half a lemon on the chicken evenly , add the slices red onions and some more dhania (coriander) for garnish .
