2 cup flour
1 cup chopped spinach
1 teaspoon salt
2 chopped green chilies
1⁄2 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2-3 tablespoon chopped coriander
1⁄2 teaspoon freshly crushed Jeeru (Cumin)
2 tablespoon oil or ghee (Clarified butter)
Mix all ingredients together.
Add water and make a soft dough.
Now roll it and make square shape Paratha.
