Cut chicken into strips & cook in the ingredients below :
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon red chilli paste,
1 teaspoon soya sauce,
1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin) powder,
1 teaspoon dhana powder,
pinch haldi (tumeric) & 1 teaspoon salt.
Cook until tender, add water if needed.
5 tablespoon tomato sauce
3 tablespoon soya sauce
3 tablespoon garlic sauce
1 tablespoon peri peri sauce of your choice
1 teaspoon corn flour mixed in 1⁄4 cup warm water
1⁄2 cup water
Add all the sauces & simmer before serving.
Add the corn paste along with the water simmer & serve
