I made a large amount so I just judged measurements.
Marinate in :
Orange pepper spice
Robertsons Portuguese spice
Quarter teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
Ina Parmans chilli and garlic spice
Ina Parmans Rustic Garlic and Herb
Aminahs Portuguese marinade
About 2 to 3 tablespoon lemon juice
A tablespoon Tomato sauce
2 tablespoon mayo
Spur peri peri
Cook on high in butter adding water so it doesn't dry out.
Then place chicken pieces on a oven tray and grill on high for a few minutes.
Then take out of oven and throw sauce over. Cover with foil and bake in oven till heated nicely.
With the remaining sauce from the pot, add half a cup fresh cream, nandos peri peri, aminahs Portuguese marinade, chilli paste, and a sachet of tomato paste. Simmer, adjust sauces. Pour over chicken

Can also be grilled on braai and then pour sauce over last.
