2 cups milk
1⁄2 small tin nestle dessert cream
3 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)
Blue food colouring
Bubblegum essence (to taste)
1 teaspoon falooda powder
Rainbow candy strips
1. Put milk, cream and sugar in pot and whisk until almost to boil, then add falooda powder.
2. Continue whisking, add essence and colouring.
3. Bring the liquid to a gentle boil, remove from heat and allow to cool a little.
4. Pour into shot glasses.
5. Allow to set 2-3 hours and decorate as desired.
