INGREDIENTS
250g butter
1 cup castor sugar
1 cup custard powder
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 ½ -3 cups cake flour (sifted)
1 teaspoon baking powder
METHOD
Cream butter & sugar. Beat in eggs & vanilla. stir in custard powder 7 mix well. Add flour & baking powder & mix to a soft, manageable dough. Pipe into finger shapes. Bake @ 180*C for 12 minutes or till golden. Cool completely. Dip ends of biscuits in melted chocolate & sprinkle end with gold dust, chopped nuts, etc.
