Ingredients: 500g topside steak 250ml Lancewood Sour Cream 2 tablespoon Butter ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon white chilli powder ½ teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon green chilli paste 1 teaspoon mustard powder 2 tablespoon garlic sauce 2 tablespoon Heinz Worcestershire Sauce 2 tablespoon lemon juice
Garnish: 2 tablespoon butter 1 large onion (sliced in rings) Chopped chives
Mix ½ of sour cream with all ingredients. Marinate steak and leave in fridge for 3 hours. Grill on electric griller till done. Saute onions till translucent. Serve steak with remainder sour cream, onions and chopped chives.
