4 potatoes (sliced & fried)
Salt to taste
1 can evapourated milk
2 tablespoon cake flour
1 cup grated gouda/cheddar cheese
4 cubes melrose cheese
2 teaspoon Soul fire/ tobasco sauce
Red chilli flakes/ sliced red chilli (garnish)
Heat butter and milk.
Add flour and whisk in till smooth.
Heat and allow to thicken till a pouring sauce forms.
Add salt to taste. Then both cheeses.
Mix in sauce.
Pour over fried chips and garnish.
