4 potatoes (sliced & fried)Salt to taste30g butter1 can evapourated milk2 tablespoon cake flour1 cup grated gouda/cheddar cheese4 cubes melrose cheese2 teaspoon Soul fire/ tobasco sauceRed chilli flakes/ sliced red chilli (garnish)
Heat butter and milk. Add flour and whisk in till smooth. Heat and allow to thicken till a pouring sauce forms. Add salt to taste. Then both cheeses. Mix in sauce. Pour over fried chips and garnish. Serve immediately.
