INGREDIENTS
1kg tenderized topside steak (cubed)2 tablespoon butter1 tablespoon ground green chillies1 tablespoon ground garlic paste1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon mustard powder1 tablespoon brown vinegar1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce½ bottle Nandos pepper sauce (or more)Water as neededBeaten eggDried herbs
METHOD
1. Heat butter.2. Add steak, garlic, chillies, vinegar and spices.3. Cook with water as needed until tender.4 Add pepper sauce and allow to heat through.5. Leave filling to cool.6. Fill into pie dough.7. Brush with egg and sprinkle herbs.Freezer suitable now.8. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for +30min until puffed and golden.#mamataughtmewellrecipes
