1kg fillet steak (cubed)
2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon ground green chillies
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
2 tablespoon brown vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 bottle Nandos pepper sauce
water as needed
1. Heat butter.
2. Add steak, garlic, chillies, vinegar and spices.
3. Cook with water as needed until tender.
4 Add pepper sauce and allow to heat through.
5. Leave filling to cool.
6. Fill into pie dough.
7. Brush with egg and sprinkle herbs.
Freezer suitable now.
8. Bake in preheated oven at 180degC for aprox 30min until puffed and golden.
