1kg t-bone steak
2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon Calistos Texan steak spice
1 tablespoon Calistos machine gun spice
Salt (to taste)
1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala
2 tablespoon brown vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard powder
2 tablespoon Calcutta's Bbq sauce
Soak steak, drain.
Make a rub with mustard, vinegar, spices and masala.
Heat butter in grill frying pan.
Place down and sear steak on both sides.
Cook until done, basting as cooking with bbq sauce.
Serve with onion rings and baked potato.
