1 large bunch Methi (Fenugreek) berji
1 onion (sliced)
2 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
1⁄4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1⁄2 teaspoon green chilli garlic paste
Water as needed
Braise onion in oil, add spices and chillies.
Add washed and drained berji, cook with water until done.
Beat eggs, add to berji and mix in and steam on low heat till eggs are cooked and fluffy.
Serve with roti or bread.
