Methi Bherji & Egg

1 large bunch Methi (Fenugreek) bherji (or 6 small)1 onion (sliced)2 tablespoon oil1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powder½ teaspoon Amina's green chilli garlic pasteWater (as needed)4-5 eggs (lightly beaten)
1. Braise onion in oil, add spices and chillies.2. Add washed and drained bherji, cook with water until done.3. Beat eggs, add to bherji and mix in and steam on low heat till eggs are cooked and fluffy.5. Serve with roti or bread.
