INGREDIENTS
400g desiccated coconut
1tin condensed milk
2 large egg whites
Glaced cherries
METHOD
Whip the egg whites until they reach stiff peaks. Mix the coconut with the condensed milk. Fold in the egg whites. Put spoonfuls on lined baking sheets, put a piece of chopped cherry on top and bake until slightly golden.
