2 hake fish
Nando's peri peri sauce
Woolies peri peri sauce
Freshly crushed garlic
Marinate fish with all the above ingredients.
Keep in fridge for 1⁄2 hour.
Fry on medium flame. Till golden brown.
Now keep in Pyrex and throw sauce over.
U can bake it in oven too on 200;C for 10-15 minutues. Or until done completely.
1 cup fresh cream
2 tablespoon garlic peri peri sauce
2 tablespoon nando's mild sauce
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 teaspoon hot sauce
Paprika 1 teaspoon
Butter 1 tablespoon
Black pepper 1⁄2 teaspoon
Peri peri atomat 1⁄2 teaspoon
Cook on slow heat till thick and pour over fish.
Keep in oven for grill. About 3-4 minutes.
Serve with chips,spicy rice or salad.
