2 hake fish Nando's peri peri sauce Woolies peri peri sauce Green chilies Salt Black pepper Paprika Haldi Dhana powder Lemon pepper Freshly crushed garlic Chopped coriander Vinegar Chili flakes Olive oil Marinate fish with all the above ingredients. Keep in fridge for ½ hour. Fry on medium flame. Till golden brown. Now keep in Pyrex and throw sauce over. U can bake it in oven too on 200;C for 10-15 minutes. Or until done completely.
SAUCE:- 1 cup fresh cream 2 tablespoon garlic peri peri sauce 2 tablespoon nando's mild sauce 2 cloves crushed garlic Chopped coriander/Parsley 1 teaspoon hot sauce Paprika 1 teaspoon Butter 1 tablespoon Haldi Black pepper ½ teaspoon Peri peri atomat ½ teaspoon Cook on slow heat till thick and pour over fish. Keep in oven for grill. About 3-4 minutes.Serve with chips,spicy rice or salad.
