1 whole chicken or 6-7 chicken fillets 2-3 freshly crushed garlic Salt 1 teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon vinegar 3-4 tablespoon calistos medium peri peri sauce 2 tablespoon calistos peri peri spices 1 tablespoon red masala 1 teaspoon paprika 3-4 tablespoon oil or olive oil or butter 1 teaspoon garlic and herb spices Mix all ingredients together and marinate with chicken. Leave overnight or 1-2 hours. Cook in the pot or in oven till completely done. Pour sauce over the chicken and grill in the oven until golden brown.keep basting with leftover sauce.
Peri peri sauce:-
2-3 tablespoon calistos sauce 1 tablespoon calistos peri peri spices 2 teaspoon tomato paste 2 teaspoon lemon ½ teaspoon mixed herbs 1 teaspoon paprika 2 tablespoon mayo ½ teaspoon sugar 2-3 tablespoon fresh cream 2 tablespoon butter or olive oil Mix well and give one boil. Pour over chicken and grill. Serve hot with chips and rice.
