3 - 4 medium potatoes peeled and sliced into rings
½ cup milk
½ cup fresh cream
1 punnet Mushroom cut into quarters
1 small tin cream style sweet corn
Green chillies (acc to heat of your choice)
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon maziena
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon lemon pepper
¼ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
¼ teaspoon mixed herbs
> Place potato rings into a plastic bag, poke holes with a fork and microwave for 6 minutes.
> in a saucepan, combine the sauce ingredients and simmer.
> Layer the potatoes in an oven proof dish, throw sauce over.
> Sprinkle grated cheese & some parsley.
> Bake in a pre heated oven of 180 deg for 25 minutes.
