Ingredients:1.5L strawberry yoghurt250ml fresh creamCondensed milk to taste1 box strawberry jelly1 punnet Fresh strawberries
METHOD
1. Make jelly according to instructions.2. Once set cut into small cubes.3. Whip fresh cream still stiff.4. Cut strawberries into slices. Leave some as garnish.5. Mix strawberries and jelly into yoghurt.6. Gently fold cream into yoghurt and add condensed milk to taste.7. Leave in fridge to chill.8. Garnish with strawberries.
