INGREDIENTS
125 gram butter
½ cup maizena (corn flour)
½ cup oil
½ cup chopped almonds
½ cup icing sugar
2 cups flour
METHOD
Cream butter and icing until fluffy using electric beater
Add oil
Add rest of ingredients mixing with hand to form soft dough
Roll into round balls in palm of hand
Bake at 180* for 15 minutes
Once cooled off, drizzle with chocolate
