Coffee Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

125g butter
125ml brown sugar
125ml golden syrup
80ml strong coffee
3ml vanilla
2 ¼ cups cake flour
2 teaspoon bicarb
FILLING:
60g butter
1 xl egg white
500ml icing sugar
10ml bicarb

METHOD

Cream butter & sugar. Add syrup, coffee
& vanilla & beat well. Add dry
ingredients & mix well. Roll out & cut
into rounds. Bake @ 160*C for 15 minutes.
Leave to cool.
Mix all ingredients for filling.
Sandwich biscuits together.
