1Kg mutton shin 3onions fried till golden brown 6 potatoes CUT in halves and fried 2cups Masoor (Back lentils) to be boiled till done A dozen eggs boiled 2cups plain yoghurt 4medium tomatoes liquidised 2 tablespoon ginger .garlic . Salt to taste 2 tablespoon fine dhana 2 tablespoon fine jeeru (cumin) 1 teaspoon heaped haldi 2 teaspoon heaped adams red chilli powder Handful of whole jeeru (cumin) Few cinnamon sticks Few cloves Few Elachi (cardomom) Few whole black pepper corns Green chillies CUT in middle Curry leaves
In A large dish Add all ingredients except potatoes.Masoor (Back lentils) and eggs these are to be added ten minutes before serving Take a nice size pot Put leftover oil which was used to fry potatoes Put marinated meat Cook on high for few minutes then cook on low heat for an hour till meat is done .. Garnish with freshly CUT dhania (coriander) and enjoy Eid Mubarak...
