Mixed Asian Salad

Ingredients:
1 packet mixed lettuce leaves
1 punnet woolworths baby spinach
½ small head red lettuce (finely shredded)
2 carrots (julienned)
2 oranges juiced & grated zest
1 handful raisins
1 handful roasted peanuts
1 handful coriander
5 radish (sliced)
Freshly cracked black pepper
Dash Woolworths lemon coriander dressing.
Method:
Toss all veg together.
Pour over juice, dressing & zest.
Toss together and sprinkle pepper and toss again.
