Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

2eggs, 2cups flour,10ml oil,5ml baking powder,15ml sugar,pinch of salt,5ml vanilla essence,750ml milk. Oil for frying

METHOD

Mix all ingredients and fry with a teaspoon oil in a nonstick pan fill with jam or caramel cream and bananas, ice cream and top with honey or cinnamon sugar (That's sugar mixed with a little fine cinnamon )
