INGREDIENTS
3 cups cake flour
1 packet instant yeast
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon butter
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tablespoon sugar
poppyseeds or sesame seeds
METHOD
Sift flour & salt. Stir in yeast &
sugar. Heat milk & butter together then
leave aside to cool until lukewarm.
Beat egg into milk mixture. Add to dry
ingredients.Mix to a soft dough. Knead
well & place in an oiled bowl, cover &
leave to rise till double in size.
Knock down dough & mould into roll
shapes. Leave on a greased pan & leave
to rise agai. Brush with egg & sprinkle
poppyseeds or sesame seeds over.
Bake @ 180*C for 15-20 minutes.
