INGREDIENTS
1 english cucumber -chopped
1 red pepper -chopped
1 green pepper -chopped
2 cups shells or screw pasta
1 onion -chopped
1 can whole kernel -drained
250ml mayonnaise
salt & freshly ground black pepper to
taste
2 tp mustard seeds
2 teaspoon mild curry powder
METHOD
Heat a little oil & add mustard seeds.
When they strt to pop, add onion &
curry powder. Braise 1-2 minutes, remove
from heat then add to the remaining
ingredients. Chill before serving.
