INGREDIENTS
250ml cake flour
250ml nuttywheat flour
¾ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
125g butter
125ml chopped nuts
3 teaspoon baking powder
2ml salt
200ml coconut
+/- 310ml milk
2ml ground cinnamon
METHOD
Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs & beat.
Add remaining ingredients. Pour into
muffin pan. BAke @ 200*C for 12-15 minutes
or till done.
