1kg steak mince
2 eggs -beaten
1 onion-finely chopped
1 ¼ cups breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic-crushed
1-2 green chillies-chopped
½ cup finely chopped dhania (coriander)
salt to taste
Combine all the ingredients. Shape into
large patties. Place in oven pan, add
¼-½ cup oil. Spread a little sweet
chilli sauce over each patty. Place
onion rings among the patties. Bake @
180*C till done.

Unbaked patties can be frozen.
