RECIPE
1 kg kingklipJuice of ½ lemon15ml paprika15ml vinegar2ml black pepper6-8 whole dry red chillies3 cloves garlic, crushed60ml olive oil1 teaspoon salt
Method:Soak the whole chillies in boiling water.When soft, remove from water. Liquidize/ grind whole chillies with the rest of ingredients until smooth and fine in texture.Marinate the washed/cleaned kingklip in the peri-peri paste.Fry in olive oil until cooked.Serve with Portuguese rolls, chips or salad.
Note: I didn't have kingklip so used pangasius.
