INGREDIENTS
Fried Masala fish

Make a paste/marinate fish with the following
2 tablespoons ginger garlic masala
1 teaspoon Suhana kashmiri masala /or any powdered masala of choice
2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 teaspoon garlic / freshly grated garlic
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
To this add melted ghee (Clarified butter) or oil and mix everything together to form a nice thick paste
Run the paste well over fish I used hake
Let marinate for about 1 or 2 hrs
Then fry in oil ...oil must not be too shallow or too much ...fry on both sides till fish is well cooked
(Adjust ingredients according to how much of fish you are making )
I used this to marinate 6 hake fish
