Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

Hot Chocolate

2 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 can evaporated milk
1 ½ cups water
Dairy milk chocolate

METHOD

Combine, sugar and cocoa powder add ¼ evaporated milk stir to form a paste.
Add remaining evaporated milk and water. Heat on the stove (do not boil).
Add a piece of chocolate to the mug, pour hot mixture stir and serve.
