Mayonnaise Steak

INGREDIENTS

250 g steak cubed
half teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoon butter
green or red chillies
half teaspoon mustard powder
1 teaspoon ginger/garlic
2 teaspoon chilli powder
salt to taste
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon worcester sauce
1 big onion chopped
2 tomatoes chopped

METHOD

Melt butter. Add the rest of the
ingredients. Cook on low heat till done
