1 punnet strawberries¾ - 1 cup sugar1.5 liters water1 teaspoon strawberry essence
Remove strawberry stems.Add sugar to strawberries.Add water and liquidize all ingredients together.Pour into jugs and refrigerate.Sprigs of mint can be added to juice.
